HOUSTON, TX - January 3, 2007 -- Ricky's Liquor has recently renewed 1,680 square feet for their liquor store.  The property is leased from BP Houston Venture, Ltd. at the Borough Park Shopping Center at Borough Park and Sawdust Road.  Shawn Ackerman and Paul Paraskevopoulos of Henry S.
