HOUSTON, TX - January 4, 2007 -- Capco Energy, Inc. has recently leased 5,651 square feet for their oil and gas company at 1800 W. Loop South.  The property was leased from 1800 West Loop South, Ltd. and is located at San Felipe and 610 Loop.  Sandy Smith and Andrew Brod of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Bill Store of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner.
