DALLAS, TX - January 15, 2007 -- Aloha Housewares, Inc. leased 60,812 square feet at 841 Great Southwest Parkway in Arlington.  The landlord is ProLogis.  Aloha is a manufacturer of ceiling fans and other air comfort products including heaters, cooling fans and lighting treatments for both retail and commercial markets.  This space will be used as an office/warehouse/distribution center for the company.  Pete Richardson and Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Joe Rudd and Scott Studzinski of ProLogis represented the landlord.
