HOUSTON, TX - January 15, 2007 -- J&J Sales, Inc. (Fallas Parades) has recently leased 24,154 square feet for a family clothing store in Antoine Square Shopping Center, 5153 Antoine Drive.  The property was leased from CA New Plan Asset Partnership IV, L.P.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Christian Barraza of New Plan represented the landlord.
