DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2007 -- Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, Ltd. has subleased 24,675 square feet from NuSil Technology, LLP.  The space is located at 6125 W. Campus Circle Drive in Irving.  Future use for the space is going to be a screen printing facility for new merchandise.  Brett Owens and Chris Armstrong of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented NuSil Technology, LLP.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Dallas Cowboys Merchandising.
