HSM Devco Purchases 61.7 acres in Prosper

DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2007 -- HSM Devco has purchased 61.7 acres of land located at the north side of Prosper Trail in Prosper.  The seller was Geer SF, Ltd.  This will be a single family residential property.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the buyer and seller.
