Spavinaw Development, LLC Purchases Former Lumber Yard

DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2007 -- Spavinaw Development, LLC purchases former lumbar yard from Foxworth - Galbraith Lumber Co. - a Delaware Corporation.  The location is 171 N. Highway 1417 in Sherman.  Ray Utley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Stacey Olmstead of Ebby Halliday Realtors represented the buyer.
