Texas Defender Services Leases 4,000 sf

HOUSTON, TX - January 22, 2007 -- Texas Defender Services, long term tenant of 412 Main, has renewed their 4,000 square foot lease in the State National Building.  Trinity Consultants leased the space to this non-profit law firm.  Shawn Ackerman and Lewis Faraclas of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.
