DALLAS, TX - January 30, 2007 -- Crawford & Company (an insurance company) leased 34,215 square feet from landlord Brandywine Acquisition Partners, LP.  The space is located at 1501-1503 LBJ Freeway.  Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller Commercial and Charles McDonald of Richard Bowers & Co. co-brokered the tenant and Duane Henley of Brandwine Acquisition Partners, LP represented the landlord.
