HSM Houston Completes Three Retail Leases

HOUSTON, TX - February 13, 2007 -- Cricket Communications has recently leased 1,250 square feet for a retail sales center.  The property is leased from Shomer III, Ltd. at Cypress Landing Shopping Center.  The center is located at 3040 FM 1960 East.  Shawn Ackerman and Paul Paraskevopoulos of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

Two Men and a Truck leased 2,960 square feet for their moving company.  The leased the property from VIF Northwest Village, LP and the property is located in Northwest Village Shopping Center at Highway 290 and Jones Rd.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

Quizno's has leased 1,600 square feet from Gellerosa, LP in the Coles Crossing Shopping Center.  The property is located at Highway 290 and Barker Cypress.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.
