Komplete Development III, LLC Purchases 100,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 28, 2007 -- Komplete Development III, LLC has purchased 100,000 square feet located at 2302 Pacific in Grand Prairie.  The seller was Don Valk.  John Brewer of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Vic Helton of Assured Group represented the seller.
