Curtis Green Purchases 4.068 acres

DALLAS, TX - March 7, 2007 -- Curtis Green, a local investor, has purchased 4.068 acres from Glenn Cleaver.  The property will be held for investment purposes.  The land is located at the northeast corner of Norton Drive and Baker Blvd. in Dallas.  Grant Brodeur of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
