Jallad Enterprises, LLC Leases 11,830 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 24, 2007 -- Jallad Enterprises, LLC has leased 11,830 square feet from landlord, Pacific Striders, Ltd.  The space is located at 3020 E. Pioneer Parkway, Suite 101 in Arlington.  Arlington Auto Mall is the name of the space that was leased.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Andy Folmer and Harry B. Lucas represented the landlord.
