The Florida Co. Purchases 5.08 acres

DALLAS, TX - April 10, 2007 -- Florida Co. purchased 5.08 acres for a storage complex for the company.  The storage complex was purchased from Zarky Development.  The space is located at the southeast quadrant of Main and Legacy in Frisco.  John St. Clair of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
