Berkley Square LP Purchases 14,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - April 14, 2007 -- Berkley Square, LP purchased a 14,000 square foot retail strip center from RL Auburndale, LP.  Berkley Square is located at US Highway 92 in Auburndale, Florida.  This was purchased for investment purposes.  Greg Woodring of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Southern Properties represented the buyer.
