The Corral Corporation Leases 31,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - May 8, 2007 -- The Corral Corporation, a food processing company, has leased 31,000 square feet of space from landlord, GSW Pinewood, Ltd.  The property is located at 3129 Pinewood Drive in Arlington.  This space will be used as an office/warehouse/distribution center for the company.  Chris Delzell and John Brewer of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  michael Spain and Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial represented the tenant.
