Conant, III.  The space is located at 433 Regal Row in Dallas.  This location in Brookhollow and 433 Regal Row is the restaurant service company's only DFW location.  It will be used as an office/warehouse space for Hagar.  Brett Owens and Chris Armstrong of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  John Fulton of Transwestern represented the seller.
