Henry S. Miller Acquires Silverlake Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - May 16, 2007 -- HSM Silverlake S/C, Ltd., a partnership assembled by Miller Realty Investment Partners, Inc.,  has acquired Silverlake Shopping Center, a 30,000 square foot shopping center in Pearland, Texas.  This center, located near the intersection of South Freeway and S. Belt Dr. E, was acquired through a partnership assembled by Greg Miller, President of Miller Realty Investment Partners, Inc.  Henry S. Miller, IV, Vice President of the Retail Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transaction.
