DALLAS, TX - June 12, 2007 -- American Investment Exchange, LLC has purchased College Park Shopping Center, a 70,277 square foot shopping center located at the southwest corner of College Park Dr. & St. Lukes in The Woodlands, Texas.  American Investment Exchange is a TIC investment company who purchased the property as an investment.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the sale.
