Choctaw 63.8, Ltd. Purchases 63.86 acres

DALLAS, TX - June 21, 2007 -- Choctaw 63.8, Ltd. has purchased 63.86 acres located at the northwest corner of Harrell and Schneider in Northeast Grayson County.  The seller was Linda Nelson.  Tom Grunnah, Grant Brodeur and John Collins of Henry S. Miller Commercial presented both parties.  The property will be held for investment purposes.
