DALLAS, TX - June 21, 2007 -- City of Grapevine CVB purchased 11,435 square feet from Old Town and Country Cleaners, Inc.  This office space is located at 630 S. Main Street in Grapevine, Texas.  Chris Leighton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
