DALLAS, TX - June 28, 2007 -- Dominion Equipment Parts has leased 18,625 square feet at 2406 Walnut Ridge in Dallas.  The landlord is First Industrial.  This will be a distribution hub for Dominion Equipment Parts (based out of Ashland, VA).  Jim Hazard of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Robert Allen with First Industrial represented the landlord.
