DALLAS, TX - July 18, 2007 -- Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company has leased 63,612 square feet from landlord GT 88, LP.  The space is located at 605 109th Street in Arlington at the Arlington Business Park.  Chris Delzell and John Brewer of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Santee Hathaway and Trace Elrod of Jackson & Cooksey represented the tenant.
