Italian Restaurant Buys 1.25 acres

DALLAS, TX - July 28, 2007 -- Denisio Mala has recently purchased 1.25 acres in Dallas County, located at Fronting Highway 66 and Dalrock Road frm Harold and Donald Sperling.  Future plans for this site include an Italian restaurant by the buyers and additional plans for retail development.  Tom Grunnah and Dimitri Alexandris of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Harold Chenault of Harold Chenault Company represented the seller.
