HOUSTON, TX - July 30, 2007 -- RWS Architects, Inc. has recently leased 7,374 square feet located at 3100 Timmons from Hartman Income Properties.  Rollie Andre of Henry S. Miller Commercial, llc represented the tenant.  Mark Preston of Moody Rambin represented the landlord.
