Taylor Holdings Purchases 50,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - August 5, 2007 -- Taylor Holdings, ARK Contracting, LLC has purchased a 50,000 square foot warehouse on 27 acres of land located at 5814 Everman Kennedale Road in Fort Worth.  The seller was WM Recycle America.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
