WTJ Real Estate Purchases 5,182 sf Office Building

DALLAS, TX - August 6, 2007 -- WTJ Real Estate has purchased 5,182 square feet of office building space from seller, Paul C. Guzik.  The space is located at 3315 Silverstone in Plano, Texas.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Bob Hagewood of Stream Realty represented the buyer.
