Austin International Ventures, Inc. Buys 11 acres

DALLAS, TX - August 30, 2007 -- Austin International Ventures, Inc. purchased 11 acres located on Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie.  The seller was Lyons Equities, Inc.  Austin International Ventures, Inc. is a construction company.  Len Gertsner and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Ken Murchinson represented the buyer.
