CCI/Spencer Purchases 19.506 acres

DALLAS, TX - August 30, 2007 -- CCI/Spencer purchased 19.506 acres of land located at the northeast quadrant of Loop 288/Spencer in Denton.  The seller was Denton Spencer.  The name of the land purchased is Spencer Tract.  CCI/Spencer has future plans to develop a senior residential living space.  John St. Clair of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transaction.
