DALLAS, TX - October 4, 2007 -- A partnership assembled by Randy
Heady Company, purchased 8.2 acres at the northeast quadrant of the
North Dallas Tollway and Park Boulevard in Plano, Texas. Heady
plans to develop an office building on the property, which was the
final remaining piece of the old Willow Bend Polo Club property
owned since the 1970’s by the Norman Brinker and Robert Payne
families. The buyer was represented by Shane Jordan of Jordan
Realty. Vaughn Miller and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial
represented the seller, Taurus Corporation and the Maureen Connolly
Brinker Residuary Trust.
