Walker Investment Properties, LP Purchases 42,596 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 4, 2007 -- Walker Investment Properties, L.P. purchased a 9.613 square foot building on 42.596 square feet of land, located at 2909 Live Oak, Mesquite, Texas.  The buyer was represented by Craig Godfrey of Granberry Properties.  The seller, Marsha Burleson, was represented by Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller.
