DALLAS, TX - October 8, 2007 -- FEMA leased 78,360 square feet at Waco Commons, located at 300 Valley Mills Drive, Waco, Texas.  The landlord, BH Investments, LLC, and the tenant were represented by Tisha Billelo of Henry S. Miller.
