HSM Consulting Group Merges with Law Realty Advisors

DALLAS, TX - October 8, 2007 -- Henry S. Miller Commercial is pleased to announce the merger of HSM Consulting Group and Law Realty Advisors.  The consolidation of these groups will provide HSM with an appraisal and consulting staff of six MAI’s and a total of ten employees.  Law Realty Advisors brings an established litigation support practice that specializes in condemnation/eminent domain and other complex assignments, which will add to the traditional appraisal and consulting services already provided by HSM Consulting.   “We are consistently being asked by clients to provide litigation support services, which was difficult with the existing staff.  The merger will enable us to provide this type of service to both our existing and future clients”, said Mark O’Briant, President MAI, of HSM Consulting Group.  Tracy Smith Law, MAI, owner of Law Realty Advisors, will continue to manage and develop this practice.
