HSM Kilgore S/C Purchases Kilgore Midtown Plaza

DALLAS, TX - October 8, 2007 -- HSM Kilgore S/C, Ltd., affiliate of Henry S. Miller Commercial, purchases Kilgore Midtown Plaza, a 56,360 square foot shopping center, whose tenants include Dollar General, Blockbuster, Blake’s Furniture, Buffet Village and H&R Block. The shadow anchors are Beall’s Department Store and Burke’s Outlet. Kilgore Midtown Plaza is located at 100-110 Midtown Plaza, Kilgore, Texas.  The seller, Kilgore Midtown Shopping Center, Ltd. was represented by Jennifer Pierson of CB Richard Ellis.  Greg Miller of Henry S. Miller represented the buyer.
