Van Alstyne Assembly Venture LP Purchases 136.12 acres

DALLAS, TX - October 8, 2007 -- Van Alstyne Assembly Venture LP purchased 136.12 acres, located at NWC of FM 121 and Jim Jones Road, Van Alstyne, Texas.  The land will be used for a future commercial and residential development.  The buyer was represented by Scott Balch of Weston Land Company, and the seller, Mary Kelley Grunbaum and Kayrene Kelley Smither Estate, by Tom Grunnah and Grant Brodeur of Henry S. Miller.
