William F. Ellis Purchases 926,436 acres

DALLAS, TX - October 8, 2007 -- William F. Ellis purchased 926.436 acres of recreational land at Walker Ranch, located at Highway 836 and FM 2565 in Dickens County, Texas.  The seller, Panhandle Ranch Partners I, Ltd. was represented by Charles Middleton & Son.  Ray Utley and Shawn Rohn of Henry S. Miller represented the buyer.
