Chesapeake Land Company, LLC Purchases 4.74 acres

DALLAS, TX - October 25, 2007 -- Chesapeake Land Company, LLC purchased 4.74 acres located at 1205 Farmers Road, Grand Prairie, Texas.  The land will be used for gas exploration.  The seller, Paula S. Erikson, was represented by Len Gerstner and Greg Trout of Henry S. Miller.
