Darque Tan Expands in Houston

HOUSTON, TX - October 26, 2007 -- Darque Tan, a tanning salon, recently expanded the store by 1,325 square feet at Coles Crossing Shopping Center located at 290 & Barker Cypress.  The property was leased from Gellerosa, LP.  Shawn Ackerman and Paul Praskevopoulos of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

Darque Tan also leased 1,500 square feet at HEB Cleark Lake Shopping Center, located at the southwest corner of Bay Area Blvd. & El Camino Real.  The property was leased by SW Clear Lake, LP.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.
