Gulf Eagle Supply Purchases 19,400 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 30, 2007 -- Gulf Eagle Supply has purchased 19,400 square feet from Wayne Day Enterprises/31 W Insulation.  The space is located at 7312 Business Place in Arlington, Texas.  Gulf Eagle Supply is headquartered in Tampa, Florida.  They are a roofing supply company and this new location is a relocation of their existing branch location.  This branch specializes in masonry supplies sales.  Dan Spika and Jim Hazard of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
