DALLAS, TX - October 30, 2007 -- MSC Industrial Direct co., based in Fort Worth, has leased 14,685 square feet from Granite Properties.  The space is located at 15600 Trinity Blvd. in Fort Worth, Texas.  Greg Trout and John Brewer of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jeff Jackson with Granite Properties represented the landlord.
