Fallas Factory Leases 31,066 sf

HOUSTON, TX - November 1, 2007 -- Fallas Factory has leased 31,066 square feet for a discount family clothing store at the 290/43rd Street Shopping Center.  It was leased from Jim R. Smith, Sr. and represents the 21st Houston area location for Fallas Factory Outlets.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jim Smith, Jr. and Matt Strange of The Staubach Company represented the landlord.
