HOUSTON, TX - November 7, 2007 -- Plaza Professional Offices, a CPA company, recently leased 4,750 square feet at Weslayan Tower, 24 E Greenway Plaza.  The property was leased from SW Granite Weslayan Partners, Ltd.  Rollie Andre of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Sandy Benak with Granite Weslayan Partners represented the landlord.
