RNHB Corporation Purchases 21,000 sf Strip Center

DALLAS, TX - November 11, 2007 -- RNHB Corporation recently purchased a 21,000 square foot strip center located at 3701 N. Beltline Road in Irving.  The buyer plans to hold the center for investment purposes.  The seller was Atlantic Oil and Gas.  Jake Jordan and Darrell Hurmis of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Manual Ramon of Marcus and Millichap represented the seller.
