Rios Interiors, Inc. Purchases 13,430 sf

DALLAS, TX - November 13, 2007 -- Rios Interiors, Inc. has recently purchased 13,430 square feet from Lewis Furniture.  The retail space is located at 2463 N. Main St. in Fort Worth.  When Natividad Rios started working at Martinek Design Studios he dreamed about establishing his own business.  His dream was realized when he opened the doors of Rios Interiors at the Dallas Farmers Market in 1999 after sixteen years of studying the industry.  Since then, Rios Interiors has grown to become a leader in Southwester, Ranch and Rustic styles of furniture and accessories for modern living.  Using leather, wrought iron and weathered board, Rios Interiors creates many of its own furniture pieces since 1999.  More than 60 percent of its designs are exclusive to the studio.  In addition to working with designers on commercial projects, Rios Interiors sells direct to the public at its Dallas Farmers Market location.  Bob Kent of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Century 21 represented the buyer.
