Brandt Exploration Purchases 5.678 acres

HOUSTON, TX - November 16, 2007 -- Brandt Exploration, an oil and gas exploration company, recently purchased 5.678 acres at 21830 Hufsmith Kohrville Rd. in Tomball for their company headquarters.  Their plan is to develop a high end office park.  The property was purchased from Raul & Mary Dominguez.  Karen Laube of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
