Nacogdoches Commercial Bancshares Purchases 14.48 acres

DALLAS, TX - December 7, 2007 -- Nacogdoches Commercial Bancshares purchased 14.48 acres located at the northwest corner of Exchange Parkway and Highway 5 in Allen.  Future plans are for a bank and retail strip center at this location.  The seller was LLG Lands, Inc.  Matt Anding of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Buz Franklin of Colliers International represented the seller.
