RCWW Properties, LLC Purchases 18,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - December 7, 2007 -- RCWW Properties, LLC has purchased 18,000 square feet of land that also holds a 3,700 square foot building on the property.  The property is called College Historic Building and is located at 223 College Street in Grapevine, Texas.  The seller was Grapevine Residential Historic based in Dallas.  Jim Leatherwood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Ada Marie Withrow of Skrasek-Withrow Realty represented the buyer.
