DALLAS, TX - December 7, 2007 -- West Dixon Holding Company has purchased a 12,000 square foot building.  This building is a showroom, office, retail building located in the prime spot of the Design District.  The address is 3605 Inwood Road.  The seller was 3605 Inwood Road, LP.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Campbell Hudson of 3L Realty Group represented the Seller.
