Restaurateur Purchases 3,150 sf for Italian Restaurant

DALLAS, TX - December 10, 2007 -- A local restaurateur has purchased 3,150 square feet from Landlord Tabani GP Realty.  Plans are for an Italiant restaurant located at this pace 4420-4516 Golden Triangle Blvd. in Fort Worth.  Jimmy Pham of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
