Eldorado Office Park, LLC Purchases 10,076 sf

DALLAS, TX - December 14, 2007 -- Eldorado Office Park, LLC purchased a 10,076 square foot medical office building from Eldorado Land Company, LP.  Matt Anding of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Buz Franklin of Colliers International represented the seller.
